Personalized mentorship for faculty and clinical fellows in the US.
The Faculty Academic Development Program provides personalized mentorship to faculty and clinical fellows in the US, based on their academic goals. We offer two types of mentorships for physicians who are practicing in the US and either faculty or clinical fellow-in-training.
Needs-based Mentorship
Choose this option if:
You have a question on a specific topic or need guidance to decide on a career opportunity. This mentorship service includes one phone or video call to answer your question or guide you through the difficulties you experience. You can consider adding a follow-up meeting based on mentors' availability.
One-year Mentorship
Choose this option if:
You require a mentor in a specific specialty or one of the four main areas in academic development: clinical, education, research, and administration. Our mentor and mentee will meet intermittently on a schedule they agree on for one year.
