Alternative Pathways to USMLE Mentoring Program

New healthcare career pathways for international medical professionals

This program is offered to international doctors and medical professionals who are not yet prepared or are not seeking to take the United States Medical License Examination (USMLE), and wish to pursue other American health professional careers.

Frequently, medical doctors from other countries who come to the United States may find it difficult to pass examinations that allow them to practice here. Or they are not aware of how their experience and knowledge may lead to other opportunities.

Whitetulip Health Foundation offers these medical doctors pathways to new healthcare careers in the United States. Through the support of WHF, participants in this program will learn how their skills can transfer to a wide variety of other medical professions, such as research, academia, nursing, medical technologists, and more.
