Guidance and support for nursing careers in the United States.

Whitetulip Health Foundation's program for Nurses aims to increase awareness about nursing professions by providing information and guidance. Mentors provide individualized guidance to participants in the program on the following:

• Where to seek education for nursing degrees and help applying for them.
• Increasing networking among nurses and related healthcare professionals throughout the United States.
• Understanding the differences between foreign and domestic healthcare programs and nursing boards.
• How foreign educated nurses can apply to work and receive certification in the United States.
