(July 22–26, 2026 | Wednesday–Sunday)

Whitetulip Health Foundation’s Summer Gatherings and Annual Meetings are thoughtfully designed to bring healthcare professionals and their loved ones together in a warm, mission-driven community environment. Following three years of meaningful connection and institutional growth in the heart of the Poconos, we are proud to host our 4th Annual Meeting in West Virginia, welcoming more than 300 expected attendees for an unforgettable experience.

This year, we are especially proud to feature a three-day Continuing Medical Education (CME) program organized in collaboration with ClinEdPulse, offering robust clinical updates and academic enrichment. These gatherings are not simply retreats, but comprehensive community experiences within Whitetulip family. Beyond professional development, our time together is designed to celebrate institutional leadership, foster deep family connections through shared activities, and offer dedicated spaces for self-reflection.

Together, we invest in people, strengthen families, and advance the future of healthcare.

  1. Professional & Academic Enrichment

ClinEdPulse & Whitetulip Health Foundation CME Program

A cornerstone of this year’s meeting is the three-day CME program organized in collaboration with ClinEdPulse.

This comprehensive educational experience provides healthcare professionals with contemporary updates and practical knowledge across Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Dermatology.

Participants explore the latest clinical advances in:

      • Headache management
      • Gastroenterology
      • Endocrinology
      • Dermatology
      • Pediatric emergency medicine
      • Cardiology
      • Pulmonology
      • Mentorship in academic medicine

Expert faculty from leading institutions present evidence-based strategies to enhance clinical decision-making, improve patient care, and support professional growth.

Attendees gain actionable insights that can be directly applied in both clinical practice and academic settings.

2. Whitetulip Board Transition & Excellence Awards Ceremony

A highlight of the program is the Whitetulip Board Transition and Award of Excellence Ceremony; a meaningful ceremony honors individuals who embody Whitetulip’s mission through dedication, leadership, and compassion. It reflects the organization’s strong institutional culture and its commitment to recognizing service-driven excellence within the Whitetulip activity programs, while also celebrating leadership transitions and organizational continuity.

3. A True Family Experience

What sets Whitetulip’s Summer Gatherings apart is the intentional family-centered approach.

Participants enjoy a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities such as:

    • Family hikes and sightseeing tours
    • Yoga and Pilates sessions
    • Fishing activities
    • Family sport tournaments
    • Evening social gatherings
    • Dedicated programs for children and youth

These shared experiences strengthen family bonds while deepening friendships within the broader Whitetulip network.

4. Self Reflection

One of the most cherished aspects of our summer programs is the self-reflection sessions.

Respected and accomplished speakers from within the community lead reflective sessions that offer not only individual growth but also meaningful shared family experiences.

These programs add depth and balance to the overall event, fostering unity, gratitude, and a renewed sense of purpose — leaving participants professionally inspired, personally refreshed, and spiritually uplifted.
