Should I Get A COVID-19 Vaccine If I’ve Already Had COVID-19?

Even if you already had a COVID-19 infection, you need to get a COVID-19 vaccine.

There is not enough data to show whether the natural immunity provided by the disease is protective or not.

After testing positive for COVID-19, you will need to delay receiving the vaccine until your isolation period ends. As long as your isolation period is over, you can safely receive your primary vaccines or booster.
If you receive monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma as a part of COVID-19 infection treatment, you will need to wait 90 days before getting vaccinated.
