J-1 Waiver and Other Immigration Issues for Physicians

Ms. Vanessa V. Seckin is an attorney based in New York City. She specializes in a wide variety of immigration matters including physician and higher education immigration, employment based immigration, J waivers, entertainment and arts immigration, and extraordinary ability petitions. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and she is serving in the AILA’s New York Chapter’s Department of Labor Committee.
